This notice is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). It is an English translation; the Turkish version prevails. The game currently shows no ads; if ads are added, any consent they require will be requested separately, in the game.

2. Personal data processed
- Transaction data: purchased product, order number, purchase token and status (stored on your device).
- Contact data: your email address and message when you write to us.
3. Purposes
Providing the game and delivering purchased content; preventing fraud; answering support requests; information security; meeting legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
- Performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): providing the game and delivering purchases.
- Legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç): statutory records.
- Legitimate interest, without harming your fundamental rights (Art. 5/2-f): security, fraud prevention, support.
5. Method of collection
Automatically, through software components in the game (Google Play, the Apple App Store), and through emails you send us.
6. Transfers
Personal data may be transferred to Google LLC and Apple Inc. (distribution and payments), and, where required by law, public authorities. As these providers' servers are located outside Türkiye, mainly in the United States, data is transferred abroad under the safeguards set out in KVKK Art. 9 (such as standard contracts) or other mechanisms permitted by law.
7. Retention
Support correspondence up to 2 years; statutory records for the period required by law. Data on your device stays there until you delete the game or its data.
8. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
You may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and its deletion or destruction under Art. 7, and notification of these actions to third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
9. How to apply
Send your request to info@lonnagames.com (with information that lets us verify your identity), in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. We will respond free of charge within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
