These terms apply when you download or play Zero to CEO: Business Tycoon (the “Game”) published by Yunus Ertürk, trading as “Lonna Games” (“Lonna Games”, “we”). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not play the Game.
1. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The Game is licensed, not sold.
2. Age
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, and must approve any purchases.
3. Virtual items
Coins, gems, chests, outfits, pets, homes, vehicles and other in-game items (“Virtual Items”) have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything outside the Game, and cannot be transferred or sold. You receive a limited licence to use them in the Game. We may change, rebalance or remove Virtual Items as the Game evolves.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to that store's terms and refund policies. Prices are shown as provided by the store. Consumable items (such as gems) are used up and are not restored if you lose your device or delete the Game. Non-consumable purchases (such as the Starter Pack) can be restored with the same Google account or Apple ID. Where consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these terms limits them.
5. Progress and saves
The Game has no accounts and saves your progress only on your device. We are not able to recover progress that is lost when the Game or its data is deleted or the device is lost or reset.
6. Ads
The Game currently shows no ads. If ads are added in an update, these terms and our Privacy Policy will be updated first.
7. Fair play
You agree not to cheat, use bots, modify or tamper with the Game or its files, exploit bugs, interfere with ads or purchases, reverse engineer the Game (except where the law allows it) or use the Game unlawfully. We may suspend features or remove Virtual Items obtained by breaking these rules.
8. Intellectual property
The Game and all its content, including art, characters, music, code and the Lonna Games and Zero to CEO names and logos, belong to Lonna Games or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Updates and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Game or any part of it. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or free of errors.
10. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of Virtual Items or progress, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence).
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
13. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Lonna Games only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, or for maintenance and support, which we provide. If the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Game, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
